Jennifer Lott
Meet Jennifer Lott, an accomplished instructional coach dedicated to empowering educators and fostering student success. With over two decades of experience in education and expertise in math instruction for Kindergarten through 5th grade, Jennifer is committed to helping teachers develop engaging and effective instructional practices. She holds an Educational Specialist Degree in Teaching and Learning, Master’s of Education in Leadership, and Bachelor’s of Arts in Middle Grades Education.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has taught across diverse school districts, gaining valuable insights into the unique challenges of each learner. As a content contributor, she provides innovative teaching strategies, lesson plans, and resources that enhance student engagement and promote academic achievement.
Her coaching style can be characterized as collaborative, strategic, and reflective. Jennifer believes in the transformative power of education and is dedicated to equipping teachers with the tools they need to make a lasting impact in their classrooms.
